I originally found it on Pinterest which you can find the original post here: http://irinascutebox.blogspot.com/2012/12/inexpensive-scarves-holder-idea.html I just decided to modify it a little bit, in stead of using tape, I used hot glue and ribbon to make it more colorful. If someone wants a tutorial on how I did it, just post a comment letting me know.
